- Interne und externe Planung, Organisation und Koordination von Maschineninbetriebnahmen
- Versand von Ersatzteilen inkl. Exportpapieren und Verrechnung
- Kundenbetreuung via E-Mail, Telefon und Ticketssystem
- Organisation und Koordination von Serviceeinsatzen
- Abwicklung von Retouren
- Datenpflege und Optimierung ERP System
- Offerten erstellen in Absprache mit Kundendienst
