We are currently seeking an Accountant Record to Report, based in Cadempino, who will report to the Accountant Record to Report Coordinator in the Financial Shared Service Swiss team.



We are currently seeking an Accountant P2P, based in Cadempino, who will report to the Accountant P2P Coordinator in the Financial Shared Service Swiss team.
Your opportunity
You will work collaboratively within the Finance Shared Services department to support the Record to Report functions. You will be in charge of supporting the daily and monthly accounting workflow and analysis, managing the accounting of our luxury brands.How you will contributeSupervising the department day-to-day activities and reports Support daily accounting duty and perform ad hoc assignment from time to time as assigned by supervisor Monitoring accounts and perform reconciliation of data Preparing fiscal declaration required, collaborating with local consultant Managing month-end journal entries Maintaining the documentation archive Preparing Statutory accounts, collaborating with local consultant Being the key person for general ledger flow and other relevant information for auditors Effectively communicating with stores network
Who you areHigh school graduate (a university degree in economics will be considered a plus) Accountant with a former experience at least in a similar role; any experience in supporting retail / luxury retail business within a finance function would be a plus Effective and positive team player with excellent communication skills and agile, collaborative and inclusive approach Proactive detail-oriented person, able to regularly meet challenging deadlines and handle a high volume of tasks Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel especially (working knowledge of SAP will be a plus) Fluent both in English and Italian
