We are seeking a Key Account Manager - Licensed Brand Boutiques (Watches & Jewelry) to join our Commercial team at Fossil Group in Basel, Switzerland. If you are passionate about strategic account management and enjoy working close to the field with premium lifestyle brands, this could be the perfect role for you. In this dynamic and global company, you will drive commercial performance and brand-right execution across a network of licensed brand boutiques in Europe.
What you will do in this role
Manage and grow the licensed brand boutique business (including Michael Kors, Diesel, Armani Exchange and others) across Europe, ensuring strong sales, profitability, and sell-through in watches and jewelry
Develop and implement strategic business plans and seasonal action plans in line with Fossil Group and brand partner expectations
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (sales, stock, margin, return rates) to identify risks and opportunities, recommending and implementing corrective actions
Maintain a strong boutique presence, regularly visiting stores to assess execution, brand standards, visual merchandising, and overall consumer experience
Build and sustain trusted relationships with boutique managers, sales teams, and brand partners, leading regular business reviews and sharing clear action plans
Deliver impactful in-store training on product knowledge, brand storytelling, and selling techniques to elevate team capabilities and performance
Collaborate closely with Brand Management (Dallas) and regional Planning, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Finance, and GBS teams to optimize assortments, forecast accuracy, inventory flow, and in-store activations
Who You Are
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 5 years' experience in retail or wholesale account management, ideally within watches & jewelry or the premium fashion sector
Proven track record of managing and growing multi-store retail networks while achieving ambitious sales and profitability targets
Strong field orientation with hands-on experience in retail execution, training, and activation, comfortable spending significant time in boutiques
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, able to partner effectively with both brand headquarters and store teams
Strong analytical mindset with solid experience in business planning, sales reporting, and working with performance and forecasting tools
Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international matrix environment
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong plus, and you are willing and able to travel frequently across Europe
