Your Responsibilities
Assisting in the preparation and cooking of dishes (mise en place, cooking, plating).
Ensuring La Catedral's high quality and hygiene standards.
Shared responsibility for order and cleanliness in the kitchen area.
Contributing ideas for process optimization and further development of the menu.
Supporting with small administrative tasks (orders, goods receipt control, inventory).
Close collaboration with the head chef and team to ensure smooth service operations.
Your Profile
Completed culinary training or at least 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
High level of adaptability, commitment, and energy - you constantly strive to improve processes and develop yourself further.
A team player with a sense of responsibility who enjoys a dynamic environment.
Resilient, flexible, and reliable - you keep an overview even in hectic situations.
Good German, Spanish and/or English skills; additional languages are welcome.
Passion for gastronomy and an interest in Mexican culture and cuisine.
