Mission
Produce safe, consistent, on-time dishes in a high-pace kitchen with strict SOPs.
Responsibilities
Prep and cook to spec; portion control; ticket discipline.
Wash/peel/cut produce; basic butchery; prevent cross-contamination.
Clean and sanitize stations, equipment, and utensils; open/close checklists.
Receive, check, and store deliveries;
FIFO
; temperature logs.
Waste and oil handling; keep BOH tidy.
Uphold
HACCP
and allergen procedures.
Must-haves
Fluent spoken English.
Clear communication with team; able to read/follow SOPs.
1+ year
professional kitchen experience.
Reliable, efficient, team-oriented; follows instructions precisely.
Stand
