Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an Associate Specialist, Knowledge Management to join one of their clients, an international financial non-profit organisation, based in Geneva.

Your responsibilities:

The position will support and coordinate the monitoring of the key operational business processes (financial aspects of grant management) and will engage with other business partners in collecting process requirements across the
different functions of Finance and Grant Management.

To deliver the required results, it\\\'s essential that you have:

• Degree in Finance or Economics (bachelor\\\'s in finance or economics) or accounting qualification (professional qualification such as a Chartered Accountant, Certified Public Accountant, Certified Financial Analyst, F\\xc3\\xa9d\\xc3\\xa9ration des Experts-Comptables Europ\\xc3\\xa9ens).
• Demonstrated professional experience in a business process re-engineering with strong focus on internal control

and exception management * Experience in supporting the implementation and roll-out of reputable financial transformations (systems including ERP and corporate planning platforms) and the associated business process management

• Experience of using plug-in and other analytical reporting tools.
• Experience on the implementation of operational business applications (salesforces, .NET tools etc.\\xe2\\x80\\xa6) to support efficient business processes
• Written and spoken fluency in English and a working knowledge of French is required
