We are looking for an experienced and motivated LAB IT Support to join the team of one of our clients in Bern.. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing company. The ideal candidate will have strong problem solving and communication skills and a desire to help others succeed.

Job Responsibilities:

\\n

The LAB IT Support will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers over the phone, email, and chat, as well as responding to requests for support from our Help Desk and other team members. The successful candidate must be able to troubleshoot manually, escalate complex issues to other team members, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Scope of Work

  • \\n
  • L2 Support on lab instrument pcs and application/software linked to the instrument pcs. Activities performed under this role:\\n
  • Incident resolution (trouble shooting, physical check of instrument pcs, network issue, licenses configuration, data flow and data storage issues\\xe2\\x80\\xa6)\\n
  • User Administration (User creation, access, check on validity of user accounts, in both Active Directory and Applications)\\n
  • Installation (coordination with vendor, interaction with remote teams, configuration of the pc with the different applications\\xe2\\x80\\xa6)\\n
  • Consulting (advice different teams on SOPs, best practices, current state of the art regarding computerized systems)\\n
  • Periodic reviews and maintenance (support client instrument owner, ensure maintenance plan is in place and followed, support firmware updates, reviewing audit trails, supporting vendor technicians..)\\n
  • The candidate need to have 1 year of lab experience in lab environment OR Strong IT skills/experience in onsite user support\\n
  • ITIL knowledge required (Incident/Change/Knowledge/Problem Management)\\n
  • Activity must be performed on client\\xe2\\x80\\x99s site, no remote working\\n
  • Working on regulated environment (GxP based)\\n

  • GAMP 5\\n
  • Manual Testing, Qualification process\\n

Other additional requirements

LAB IT support (instead of standard deskside support) and the candidate must have 1 year of lab experience in lab environment OR Strong IT skills/experience in onsite user support.
