Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and guide your laboratory technicians, fostering their growth and development.
- Compliance Expertise: Ensure adherence to GxP regulatory requirements, hygiene standards, and asepsis rules.
- Technical Excellence: Serve as a technical expert in your field (Physico-Chemistry / Microbiology).
- Project Management: Oversee laboratory projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant requirements.
- University degree or equivalent in Physico-Chemistry or Microbiology.
- Minimum 5 years of laboratory expertise.
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in a similar laboratory setting.
- Experience in a GxP environment.
- Proficiency in English and French.
- Exceptional knowledge of regulatory requirements, procedures, and analytical methods.
- Ensure compliance with GxP and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and optimize laboratory efficiency.
- Maintain and update KPIs.
- Ensure workplace safety standards within your department.
