Position Overview:

As the QC Manager. you will play a crucial role in supervising and overseeing the daily operations of their Control Laboratory. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of skilled technicians, ensuring the proper functioning of laboratory instruments, and maintaining a seamless supply chain for laboratory needs.

Location: Couvet, Switzerland

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead and guide your laboratory technicians, fostering their growth and development.
• Compliance Expertise: Ensure adherence to GxP regulatory requirements, hygiene standards, and asepsis rules.
• Technical Excellence: Serve as a technical expert in your field (Physico-Chemistry / Microbiology).
• Project Management: Oversee laboratory projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant requirements.

Qualifications:

• University degree or equivalent in Physico-Chemistry or Microbiology.
• Minimum 5 years of laboratory expertise.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in a similar laboratory setting.
• Experience in a GxP environment.
• Proficiency in English and French.
• Exceptional knowledge of regulatory requirements, procedures, and analytical methods.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with GxP and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and optimize laboratory efficiency.
• Maintain and update KPIs.
• Ensure workplace safety standards within your department.
