As a laundry supervisor you will join a committed housekeeping team driven with the intent of delivering \\xe2\\x80\\x98FIVE-star\\\' guest experiences to an international diaspora.

As our ideal candidate, you have proven experience in a highly active environment. Your organizational, communication, and leadership skills are second to none and you enjoy developing solutions that push groundbreaking boundaries.

You\\\'ll work closely with the management team to develop constantly evolving service goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Handles hotel and guest property carefully and honestly.
• Prepares and finishes all hotel linen in accordance with departmental standards.
• Ensures that all terry items are folded in the prescribed manner.
• Ensures that production and quality standards are met in accordance with departmental policy.
• Reports malfunctioning equipment.
• Ensures that all torn or stained linen is separated for special handling.
• Keeps ironer, folder and related equipment clean as per factory recommendations.
• Reports maintenance requests and replacement orders
• Always provide the highest quality of service to the guest, anticipate, and exceed guest expectations.
• Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in room assignments. Communicate issues to next shift. Complete required paperwork
• Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets

• Strong working knowledge of industry regulations
• Ability to find creative solutions while taking ownership for all duties and tasks assigned
