Lawyers' Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Lawyers' Assistant to join our corporate and our banking and finance legal teams in Geneva.



Activity rate of 80 - 100%

Entry date: as soon as possible
Your assignments and tasks will include:



Managing clients' files (from opening new mandates to archiving); Typing and drafting correspondence, proofreading; Preparation, compilation and production of large legal documents; Preparation and layout of correspondence as well as presentation supports; Organization of business trips, meetings with clients and conferences; Interacting with clients, third-parties and authorities; Participating in billing and collection of invoices; and in general, all the administrative activities inherent to the proper functioning of the practice group.
We are looking for candidates to meet the following criteria:



You hold a Federal Certificate of Proficiency in Commercial Business (CFC) and have a few years of work experience as an assistant in a challenging environment; You are fluent in French and in English with excellent spelling in both languages (additional language is an asset); You are fully at ease with the usual computer tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint); You are well organized, detail-oriented, rigorous, and precise; You have a positive attitude and are client-oriented; You have a good sense of anticipation and are a very good team-player.
