For our customer located in Basel/Switzerland we are currently looking for a: Adopt Enablement Global Data Migration Lead [remote/Prague] (m/f/d)
General Information:

• Duration: 01.11.25 - 30.10.26
• Workload: 100%
• Location: remote. occasional travel to Prague site required
• Necessary to work as a freelancer with own registered business that enables you to invoice us the worked hours on a monthly basis.

Tasks & Responsibilities
Accountable for execution of global data migration design, build, tools, cleansing procedures, technical architecture and environment strategy. Oversees and support LDC release DM execution team.
Position reports to Global Adopt ERP Lead

• Accountable for governance and execution of data migration, cleansing, validation and reconciliation planning and execution
• Owner of the Data Migration tools to be used to prepare and load all data objects in scope for all deployments
• Defines Data Migration technology, technical architecture and environment strategy
• Defines global migration methods and tools to be used to prepare and load all data objects in scope.
• Oversees preparation and monitoring of data readiness rules, conversion workbook (global mapping, extraction criteria, business rule and more) by GDME and BODS development activities by ETL Expert
• Coordinates the profiling activities and defines and runs process for data readiness assessment with global data team and local data owners
• Coordinates the data profiling activities
• Aligns Data Migration plans across deployments and projects
• Aligns SPoC for planned post-go-live reviews

Must Haves

• International team management experience
• Cross-functional expertise/knowledge and strong leadership; can thrive in an international, matrix-based organization
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, good stakeholder management
• 10 years + ERP project implementation background
• Fluent English (additional languages preferred)
• Strategic and hands on way of working (running meetings, tracking progress, managing issues)
• Deep experience on data migration management in multi-country / multi-systems environment
• SAP Certified in at least one relevant functional area, with hands on knowledge of SAP BODS
• Knowledge of GxP and CSV
