Proclinical is seeking a Solution Design Manager for Manufacturing Execution to oversee the design and development of SAP S4 HANA-based processes. This role focuses on aligning solutions with business needs, ensuring compliance, and optimizing operations. You will collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to drive digital transformation and leverage data as a strategic asset.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement SAP S4 HANA-based processes for manufacturing execution, including integration with production planning, MES, line management systems, and other functions like Finance and Quality.
• Ensure solutions meet business and user requirements, align with architectural roadmaps, and comply with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with IT experts and other workstreams to deliver integrated and efficient solutions.
• Conduct fit-gap workshops, identify critical integration points, propose solutions, and estimate efforts in alignment with business teams.
• Deliver project work within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Document, review, and obtain sign-off for solutions from functional leads and business stakeholders.
• Oversee solution testing to ensure quality standards are met.
• Promote standardized design and development processes to minimize customization and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external security and regulatory policies, including FDA and GMP frameworks.
• Maintain close collaboration with functional teams and stakeholders, incorporating feedback from operations.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Proficiency in SAP and experience in manufacturing execution, production planning, or MES.
• Background in pharmaceutical production, drug substance manufacturing, or packaging.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
• Excellent presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of GMP regulations and compliance standards.
• Desirable: Six Sigma knowledge, project management skills, and familiarity with lean manufacturing and risk management principles.
