Join our team as a

Lead AI Engineer

, contributing to the development of our banking client's AI Orchestration Platform and supporting their journey toward an Autonomous AI framework. This position focuses on platform architecture and engineering, not on developing AI agents.


Our client is advancing their AI Orchestration Platform and seeks skilled, experienced AI engineers and architects to help build a fully autonomous AI framework. The Agentic AI framework has already been delivered and the next phase centers on expanding autonomy within the platform.

Responsibilities

Collaborate on the design and implementation of core platform components Support the integration and enhancement of the following building blocks: Gateway, Registries, Memory, Orchestration Engine, Agent Layer, Tools Layer, Guardrails, Logging and Monitoring, Access Control, Agentic AI Security Provide technical leadership and consulting expertise Ensure best practices in platform security, scalability and reliability

Requirements

Proven experience in AI engineering or architecture Strong understanding of one or more key building blocks listed above Prior consulting experience in AI platform development Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration and reporting
