Project

: For our client, we are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst (m/f/d) in Master Data Management (MDM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for a challenging project. In this role, you will analyze existing sales master data and process landscapes, develop a target vision, and support the further development of the MDM/CRM system. You will collaborate closely with business units, IT, and external partners to develop viable concepts and sustainable solutions.

Tasks

:

Analysis of the existing sales master data and process landscape Identification of weak points, optimization potential and recommendations for action Developing a vision and strategy for the further development of MDM/CRM Creation of technical concepts, specifications and decision-making bases Moderation of workshops and coordination with internal and external stakeholders Preparation of well-founded business cases, including cost estimates and market analyses Assessing risks and developing more appropriate migration strategies Active participation in setting up the project structure and managing collaboration within the core team Technical consulting and collaboration with departments, product owners and architects

Requirements

:

Many years of experience (>10 years) as a business analyst In-depth expertise in master data management and CRM systems Experience in strategic analysis and conception of business processes Ability to process information in a structured manner and create sound decision-making bases Practice in the creation of technical concepts and complex specifications Experience in dealing with complex data, interface and stakeholder landscapes Strong communication skills, moderation experience and persuasiveness Independent, solution-oriented and structured way of working
