\\n The World Economic Forum \\n Centre for Regions, Trade, and Geopolitics helps stakeholders shape progress on trade and investment priorities within the most complex geopolitical and geo-economic landscape in decades.\\n

\\n We are looking for an experienced, self-starting individual who can lead business engagement for the centre.\\n
\\n
\\n
\\n This will involve identifying and contacting potential new partners and developing understanding of their priorities and interests; working with colleagues across the Forum to create compelling value propositions; building and executing strategies to efficiently grow engagement; and supporting retention of existing partners.\\n
\\n
\\n
\\n This is a permanent position that would start as soon as possible.\\n
\\n
\\n
\\n Reporting lines and interactions\\n
\\n
\\n
\\n This position reports to the Head of Trade and Investment and will be expected to collaborate closely with all members of the trade and investment team.\\n
\\n
\\n
Main responsibilities\\n
\\n
  • \\n
  • Identify potential new partners, understand their priorities and interests, and propose compelling value propositions for becoming a Forum partner.\\n
  • Identify up-and-coming issues and niches that may provide novel opportunities to create value and grow the trade and investment community.\\n
  • Develop marketing materials and campaigns relevant to senior executives.\\n
  • Continuously fine-tune strategies for engaging both new and existing partners.\\n
  • Ensure close collaboration and alignment with colleagues and processes across the Forum.\\n
\\n
\\n
\\n The successful candidate will be assessed on\\n
\\n
  • \\n
  • Capacity to identify growth opportunities, structure processes, collaborate across teams and close deals to build the community.\\n
  • Autonomy to establish and maintain relationships with senior executives and officials.\\n
  • Strong communication skills to clearly present the Forum\\xe2\\x80\\x99s mission and activities.\\n
  • Intellectual curiosity to continuously explore developments in the area of trade and investment.\\n
\\n
\\n
\\n Preferred requirements and experience\\n
\\n
  • \\n
  • Master\\xe2\\x80\\x99s degree or MBA related to business, trade, investment, supply chains or related field.\\n
  • At least five years relevant experience, which might include corporate affairs, commercial and growth strategy, marketing, sales, and public-private collaboration.\\n
  • Demonstrated interest in trade and investment topics.\\n
  • Experience structuring processes and managing accounts and communities.\\n
  • Motivated to manage a sales pipeline and reach targets\\n
  • Team player and self-starter who enjoys working collaboratively and playing a cross-functional role in a team.\\n
  • Excellent written, digital and verbal communication skills with fluency in English.\\n
