Lead Full-Stack Developer (60-100%)
We are currently looking for a Lead Developer to join our Platform Squad remotely. This team is responsible for building and maintaining internal tools that empower our operational to work more efficiently and deliver value faster.
Your tasks:

• Lead the small Platform Squad technically and organizationally
• Develop and maintain internal web-based tools using Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, Next.js and PostgreSQL
• Build intuitive and robust UIs that simplify complex workflows and streamline operations
• Design and implement secure and scalable backend APIs and services
• Collaborate closely with stake holders and other squads to understand internal users' needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure code quality, test coverage, and clean architecture throughout the platform tooling
• Take ownership of technical decisions and actively participate in shaping the future of our internal systems

Your profile:

• Solid experience in full-stack development using TypeScript, NestJS, Next.js, and PostgreSQL
• Experience leading a team or acting as a technical mentor, you know how to balance hands-on development with team responsibilities
• You are proactive, organized, and communicate clearly across technical and nontechnical teams
• You enjoy building internal systems that support and accelerate other teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and a drive to automate and simplify processes
• You take ownership and help your team deliver high-quality solutions
• Very good English skills, German or French is a plus
• You want to work on a product that makes a real-world difference in healthcare

Your plus (not a must, but nice to have):

• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, or infrastructure automation
• Familiarity with role-based access control, logging/monitoring, and process automation frameworks
• Previous work on internal developer platforms, admin tools, or workflow automation systems
