Shape the future of Finance IT as our Lead IT for Finance. In this key role, you'll drive digital transformation, lead a high-performing team, and deliver innovative solutions to enhance our financial operations. Join us and make a real impact!
What you will do:

• Define the strategic direction and product roadmap with Finance project leads and stakeholders.
• Lead and develop a team of product owners and technical experts.
• Drive digitalization and automation of Finance IT systems while ensuring stable operations.
• Identify and prioritize digitalization opportunities with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Oversee seamless integration with other projects and ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
• Develop governance frameworks for risk management, quality control, and compliance.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership and manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

What you bring & who you are:

• University degree in Business Administration (Finance), Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of experience with SAP in the Finance IT domain and 5 years leading cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record in implementing SAP S/4, Business Central, Tagetik, or similar products.
• Strong understanding of Finance IT tools, architecture, and processes.
• Experience in organizational change management and user adoption.
• ITIL certification or familiarity with ITSM processes and agile concepts (e.g., SAFe).
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in English and German, with a willingness to travel to Spain several times a year.
