How you can make an impact

• Being a key contact for Learning and Development activities for the Audit & Assurance business
• Responsible for planning and supporting the execution of learning activities, including virtual e-learning, in-person trainings, annual off-site sessions
• Program Manager for the Audit Academy educational programme
• Collaborating with external vendors, hotels and business stakeholders
• Monitoring the Learning Management System (LMS) and Audit & Assurance Learning budget for reporting and data quality

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record of 1-2 years' work experience in HR, preferably within a professional services company or hospitality sector
• Strong organisation skills
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and German
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
