As a legal administrative assistant, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Provide administrative support to the legal team in Bern;
Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence;
Maintain and organize files, records, and schedules;
Coordinate and manage appointments and meetings;
Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations;
Handle communication with clients and internal stakeholders;
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures;
Perform other administrative tasks as required.
