Job Description

As a legal administrative assistant, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Provide administrative support to the legal team in Bern;
  • Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence;
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and schedules;
  • Coordinate and manage appointments and meetings;
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations;
  • Handle communication with clients and internal stakeholders;
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures;
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

As a legal administrative assistant, you have the following profile :
  • Training in administration or a related field;
  • Experience in a law firm;
  • Fluent in French and German; fluency in English is an asset;
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
  • Good command of office software and tools;
  • Attention to detail and rigor in your work.
