Are you an experienced antitrust lawyer looking to make a significant impact in a global specialty chemicals company? Clariant is seeking an Antitrust Counsel to join our Legal & Compliance team. In this strategic role you will provide expert antitrust guidance across complex litigations, M&A transactions, and business operations while driving our compliance program forward.
Responsibilities
Litigation Support:
Support complex litigations related to antitrust matters, particularly civil damages claim following European Commission decision.
M&A Excellence:
Provide expert antitrust advice and strategic guidance throughout M&A transactions. Manage and coordinate merger and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) filings worldwide. Ensure comprehensive antitrust compliance throughout global M&A processes.
Business Partnership:
Deliver expert antitrust counsel to Business Units and Global Functions across all regions. Provide timely and practical advice in fast-paced business environments.
Compliance Program Leadership:
Support the implementation of our antitrust compliance roadmap. Continuously enhance the Antitrust Compliance Program using industry best practices. Design and deliver tailored antitrust training programs for diverse audiences. * Conduct antitrust compliance investigations as needed.
