Our client is a private bank with global presence, currently looking to add a Legal Counsel to their allrounder team, based in Zurich. This is a position in which you will have the chance to tackle lending transactions, IT topics, banking secrecy, data privacy regulations, HR regulations, and to be the point of contact for any legal question that might come in from any department at the bank.

About the job:
- Responsibility to follow all lending transactions;
- Dealing with IT contracts;
- Dealing with Swiss banking secrecy and data protection regulations;
- Dealing with any HR related questions;
- Acting as internal point of contact for any legal question that might come from any department at the bank.
- Swiss Master in law + Swiss law qualified attorney-at-law;
- German mother tongue and fluent in English;
- Ability to manage several projects/transactions simultaneously and deliver high quality results in a timely manner;
- Efficient problem solver;
- Ability to work both in a team and independently;
- Excellent analytical, judgment and decision-making skills;
- Excellent drafting skills;
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
