\\n For our client, a global medical device manufacturer, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Counsel in corporate law and M&A.
In this role, you will contribute to the company\\\'s growth and corporate governance agenda. You will support on the competition law, employment law, and mostly deal with matters related to corporate law and mergers and acquisitions.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will contribute to the company\\\'s growth and corporate governance agenda. You will support on the competition law, employment law, and mostly deal with matters related to corporate law and mergers and acquisitions.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate franchise agreements, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures
- Assist with intra-group transactions
- Support with competition law and anti-trust related regulatory matters
- Support in day-to-day employment law, marketing and IP related matters
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (global and multi-functional) and with external counsels
- Master Degree in law and (Swiss/foreign) qualified
- Around 6 to 9 years of working experience with a focus on M&A and Corporate Law, and at least 2 years in-house experience within a multinational firm
- Excellent in legal contract drafting skills
- Fluent in German and English
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and able to adapt quickly
