Legal Counsel Cross-Border Funds
Aufgaben
Responsible in the fund department for international tax compliance (FATCA/CRS) and client tax reporting / Dealing with strategic and operational tax topics with respect to funds and clients / Dealing with international jurisdictions / Monitoring and evaluating impact of tax regulation in foreign countries / Worldwide tax reporting initiatives from OECD, foreign governments, and other regulatory authorities / Evaluating tax reporting and accurately reflecting international tax implications / Providing cross-business unit support / Analysing tax implications of contemplated transactions, business initiatives and proposals to aid in decision-making / Strong focus on improving controls and processes, including effective implementation of technology solutions.
Qualifikation
Master's in Law or Business Administration / Professional experience with large multinational companies and/or Big4 company / In-depth technical knowledge of Swiss and international tax rules / Experienced with cross-border and international tax issues / Detail oriented with excellent analytical and project management skills / Excellent communication and interpersonal skills / Skilled in English and German.
