Our client is an Asset Management company in Zurich. We are looking for a German speaking lawyer (m, f, d) as a Legal Counsel Fund Investments Aufgaben Reviewing and negotiating terms and conditions for transactions in collaboration with the line manager / Confidentiality agreements, term sheets, facility agreements, inter-creditor agreements, trade confirmations, syndication documents, CLO and fund documentation / Instruct and manage external counsel, review and discuss their advice / Support/instruct administration department in connection with the execution of transaction documents and settlement / Support tax, structuring and other legal professionals on an ad-hoc basis / Ability to learn to work on direct equity, secondary and primary investments / Exposure to such investments whilst an asset is not necessary / Main focus in terms of experience is in debt transactions. Qualifikation Master in Law, Business Administration or Finance / Work experience in corporate finance / Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills / Logical thinker / Ability to drill down to details / Excellent communication and negotiation skills / Strong desire to learn and succeed / Clear career vision by understanding of the firm's business and industry / Exceptional command of English and German.
