Aufgaben

Providing legal advice regarding the distribution of financial instruments in particular funds, but also securities, derivatives, structured products, etc. / Provide legal advice concerning international fund distribution and client documentation rules regarding different service models such as advisory, discretionary mandates, etc. / Draft sale contracts, agreements and client documentation / Responsible for legal and regulatory requirements for European and Swiss financial markets regulation for the distribution of all type of funds / Responsible for the implementation of regulatory initiatives and provide legal advice regarding regulatory change / Work closely with the colleagues in several front and back office units / Providing training for all stakeholders across the Bank related to international distribution rules of financial instruments / Monitoring regulatory requirements for front line and product units / Participating in global projects.

Qualifikation

University degree in law / Professional experience at a law firm, in Private Banking or Trust / Know-how in Swiss banking and contract law /Experience with Swiss and international financial markets regulation e.g. CISA, UCITS, AIF, AIFMD, FIDLEG, FINIG, MiFID II, Financial Services Act, Financial Institutions Act / Familiarity with fund business including the organization and structure of a distribution channel / Analytical and structured work style / Solution orientated / Eloquent communication style / Knowledge of MS Office / German and English.
