Join our team at the Group's Corporate Center to enable Zurich's success in the digital area and facilitate technical innovation. In this role, you'll advise on complex and state-of-the-art legal matters and closely collaborate with Zurich's industry-leading teams. What you will do

Offer practical guidance and actionable legal advice on technology, data, and privacy legal areas, and digital insurance business. Build and maintain strong relationships with Zurich business units globally and internal stakeholders. Identify opportunities for process improvements and assess the effectiveness of Zurich's data privacy program and related governance processes. Assist in the drafting and review of intra-group agreements, contracts, or other legal documents related to technology, data, and privacy legal areas. Develop and publish guidelines, trainings, and meetings addressing various aspects of technology, data, and privacy legal areas. Support M&A transactions and public relations efforts. Liaise and collaborate with external legal counsel, regulatory bodies, and data privacy authorities.

What you bring

Demonstrate extensive knowledge in and a passion for technology and the related legal areas. Proactive, passionate, curious, and a solution-oriented mindset with the ability to think outside the box. Comfortable with leading projects, identifying risks, proposing mitigation plans and fostering collaboration. Ability to collaborate and communicate across diverse business units, geographical boundaries and all levels of the organization. Law degree and admission to a bar. At least 4 years of professional experience (preferably in an international insurance company, leading law firm, or global company). Postgraduate studies (e.g., LL.M.) or similar work experience abroad and privacy certifications (e.g., CIPP). Excellent command of English; other languages desirable.
