The role
In this position, you will be part of an in-house legal team that provides legal, corporate and compliance support to the operations of not only our existing group of companies but also new investments as we continue to grow. Our work environment is fast-paced and variable, so you will need to be involved, pragmatic and solution-oriented. To be successful in your role, you will need excellent organizational and communication skills, great attention to detail and have the ability to balance competing priorities.
We are looking for a legal professional with a positive, can-do personality to support the following activities from our HQ office in Ruggell, Liechtenstein:
Your responsibilities
Prepare, review and negotiate all types of commercial contracts including SaaS, services, marketing and other agreements
Provide professional, proactive cross-functional legal and compliance support, in compliance with applicable law, company policies and industry standards
Responsible for, and provide end-to-end advice on, corporate governance, corporate housekeeping and contract management, including corporate secretary with respect to individually assigned legal entities
Represent the group towards external authorities and other organizations as needed in line with business operations
Manage external claims and disputes as required
Select, instruct, manage and monitor external lawyers and other consultants
Monitor legislation and jurisdiction that could affect the group's operations, and propose and implement relevant procedures and policies to ensure compliance therewith
Take initiative as an all-rounder, providing hands-on legal support for the group's growing, dynamic businesses
Respect and uphold the group's values and commitment
Your qualifications
Adaptable work style with a positive attitude and a service-oriented personality
Lawyer/Anwalt(in)/solicitor with 4+ post qualification years of experience in a similar position in-house or reputable national or international law firm
Organised, with strong attention to detail and responsiveness
Self-starter, used to work independently but also under supervision and as part of multidisciplinary teams
Ability to coordinate and prioritise multiple tasks
Active contributor in a team environment
Applicants must have an excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in German, Spanish and/or other EU languages is an asset
Must have the right to work in Liechtenstein without the need for sponsorship
