Your Responsibilities
- Assistance with various civil law matters, in particular international contract law, commercial and corporate law
- Handling of administrative legal issues, in particular notarizations of documents and trade registry applications
- Preparation and participation in contract and settlement negotiations
- Ongoing studies in Law
- You have completed or are close to completion of your Bachelor degree in Law
- Fluent in English and French
- Pragmatic, with a goal-oriented working style
- 60% to 100% work time basis
- Minimum 6 months contract
Independent work in an international environment
- Insight into the tasks of an in-house counsel of a globally operating company
- Flexible working hours to comply with the university schedule

- 2\\\'000 CHF per month full time equivalent
