Legal Operations Specialist (m/f/d)

Job Description

Your Tasks:
Provide administrative and executive support to senior leaders in the Legal Department.
Manage calendars, recurring meetings, agendas, minutes, and meeting materials.
Facilitate virtual meetings and handle internal/external correspondence.
Oversee contract and document workflows, including signature coordination and filing.
Maintain electronic and physical records, repositories, SharePoint sites, and Teams folders.
Support onboarding, training coordination, engagement activities, and communications.
Manage travel, expenses, mail, courier shipments, facilities/IT queries, and event logistics.
Draft, proofread, and prepare business correspondence and documentation.
Contribute to process documentation and improvements within Legal Operations.
Your Profile:
Several years of administrative experience; legal or law firm experience preferred.
Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and strong ownership of tasks.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Teams, Zoom, and SharePoint.
Ability to work effectively in international and multicultural environments.
High discretion, confidentiality, and a service-oriented attitude.
Tech-savvy and comfortable adopting new tools and digital processes.
Fluent in English; good German skills strongly preferred.
