Overview of the position:
For our client, a large bank in Zurich, we are looking for a Limited Partnership / Private Equity Administration Officer to join a fun and vibrant team.

Main responsibilities:
- Analyzing fund documents based on internal guidelines
- Processing and booking Limited Partnership investments / Private Equity Funds
- Calculating and instructing capital calls and distribution breakdowns
- Calculating NAV prices and instructing NAV pricing
- Reconciling individual Limited Partnership investments / Private Equity funds
- Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper handling of investments
- Coordinating Limited Partnership investments / Private Equity funds transfers
- Advising internal stakeholders of corporate action events, proxy voting, consents where required and liaising with our many counterparties as required
- Providing up to date product information to our in-house Client Advisors and clients
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, preferably in private banking or wealth management.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in handling Limited Partnerships / Private Equities
- Knowledge of how to interpret complex offering documents
- Fast learner with a solution and service-oriented working style
- Strong interpersonal skills in providing client services
- Motivated, reliable, flexible and willing to take on responsibility
- Ability to work under pressure with time sensitive matters
- Customer service mindset and an eye for detail
- Ability to complete repetitive tasks while ensuring flawless execution
- Fluent English and German.
