Project:

For our client based in Basel, we are looking for a LIMS Specialist (Master Data Manager fur Labware LIMS)

Background:

The 'Laboratory & Manufacturing Systems Support' group within the ITOT department in Basel (work locations are Kaiseraugst and Basel) is responsible for first-level support of the MAR (make, assess, release) relevant quality systems MELODI, MPC, and SingleLIMS, as well as for maintaining master data in SingleLIMS during tech transfers and product lifecycle activities. In this role, you and your colleagues ensure that the master data meets regulatory requirements and reflects customer workflows. Through your first-level support, you play a crucial role in meeting lead times for product production and release.

The ideal candidate will have completed vocational training or a degree in a relevant field and possess 1-3 years of professional experience in a GMP environment. Experience with master data and labware LIMS is also required. The individual must be fluent in German and have good written and spoken English skills.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

1st level support for SingleLIMS (labware) for master data-related inquiries within my area of ??responsibility Creation, adaptation, and review of master data and methods according to customer needs and regulatory requirements Review of sampling plans and communication of requirements to the business Creation and updating of concepts, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other relevant GMP documents Interface between the customer (business) and global IT (developers, 2nd/3rd level support)

Must-haves:

Completed vocational training or university degree in relevant fields (e.g., pharmaceuticals, chemistry, process engineering) At least 1-3 years of professional experience in a GMP environment (preferably in production or quality control) Independent, structured, and proactive work style; precise work under strict timelines and multiple parallel tasks Experience with master data and Labware LIMS Strong communication and organizational skills and a confident demeanor Basic knowledge of Roche internal systems and project management is an advantage Strong customer/service orientation Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
