To achieve this in German-speaking Switzerland, we need a local operational relay-someone to bridge the gap between our communication strategy and the local reality of stores, clubs, and sports partners. Your mission
Your role is to ensure a high-quality, expert presence at local events. You are the face of Decathlon, ensuring our brand is understood, desired, and trusted across the region.
You will work closely with the Event Leader (Ophelie), Local Com Leaders, and Store Leaders to move from concept to reality.
Your key objectives :

• Coordinate and set up local events, ensuring every activation is relevant, impactful, and consistent with our brand image.
• Organize and implement local events that bring our sporting worlds to life and unite local sports communities.
• Build relationships with key regional sports events and partners to strengthen our local territorial network.
• Track participant numbers, member conversion rates, and social media reach to ensure every event delivers real impact.

Profil
Your profile

• Ideally working in-store currently, available 40% per week and must be able to work weekends (Saturdays are key for events).
• You possess excellent interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial spirit, capable of creating strong links and bringing local projects to life.
• You have a deep understanding of the sports and economic landscape in German-speaking Switzerland.
• You are a "hands-on" problem solver who can mobilize teams and communicate with impact.
• Swiss-German and English are mandatory. French is a plus.
• A passionate sportsperson who embodies Decathlon's vitality and generosity.

Recruitment process

• Step 1: AssessFirst. A behavioral assessment to look beyond your CV and ensure your motivations match our culture of autonomy.
• Step 2: Interviews. Meet with Louise (HR), Ophelie (Event Leader), and Thomas (Marketing & Com Leader).
• Step 3: Language test Validation of your German/Swiss-German and English proficiency.
• Step 4: Internal check. For internal candidates, a reference check with your current Store Leader will be conducted to ensure alignment, especially on your 40% schedule.
