The Role To make DECATHLON Switzerland the leading OMNI sports retailer in Switzerland, through our ability to delight our customers with their omnichannel experience. As a Warehouse 3PL Specialist, you will be in charge to further develop our ability to dynamically manage our logistics activities, where we proactively intervene on the ground in collaboration with our service provider to aim for logistics operational excellence. Why Join the Swiss Project? Our Swiss project began in 2016 with the launch of our website in the territory and accelerated with the opening of our first store in Neuchatel in 2017. Since then, the project has grown significantly, and we now have nearly 1000 employees working across our 5 divisions (Logistics & Supply, E-Commerce, Finance, HR, Communication, and Retail) serving 47 stores (6 openings in the last 6 months). We are in a dynamic growth phase and are pursuing an ambitious project that will lead us to open new stores over the next 3 years. We therefore need to complete and enrich our teams with profiles 100% customer-oriented, responsible, positive, and with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Your Responsibilities - Coordinate logistics activities to make Decathlon products available throughout Switzerland, working closely with the logistics provider. - Collaborate with the provider to adapt action plans according to the specificities of Decathlon Switzerland and, if necessary, operations. - Anticipate market seasonality and adjust operational capacities accordingly in collaboration with the logistics provider. - Work closely with internal Decathlon teams (Supply Chain, Stores, IT, Expansion, Finance, central Decathlon teams) and our logistics provider's teams to ensure transparent and effective communication. - Facilitate coordination between the provider and internal Decathlon teams to ensure harmonious execution of operations. - Identify cost optimization opportunities specific to the activity in collaboration with the logistics provider. - Establish regular reports on warehouse performance, highlighting the KPIs of your scope, and share this information with the provider. - Monitor technological developments in logistics in collaboration with the provider, and propose innovative solutions. Within the framework of this mission, you will be directly managed hierarchically by the Country Logistics Manager for your development, and the human and operational management of your scope.
