As a Logistics Hub employee at the Kaiseraugst site, you will be responsible for goods receipt, storage, order picking, shipping, and distribution within the "Logistic Solutions" department - ??directly contributing to clinical trials and patients. You bring several years of logistics experience (ideally in the pharmaceutical industry), GMP knowledge, good computer skills, and fluency in German and preferably English.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Handling and processing of incoming shipments, including incoming inspection and posting in the ERP system Packaging and processing of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), hazardous goods, refrigerated and frozen shipments in outgoing goods Commissioning of clinical trials
Responsible for the correct operational handling of processes (goods receipt / goods dispatch) in compliance with regulations (GMP, dangerous goods, etc.)
Preparation of shipping documents and classification of dangerous goods
Distribution of goods and document shipments by forklift or electric vehicle on the Kaiseraugst site
Administrative tasks such as ordering, warehouse management and handling of temperature data loggers
Proactive participation in process optimization and quality improvements
Must Haves

Completed vocational training as a logistics specialist (EFZ) () 5 years of professional experience in logistics, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector () Proven experience in the GMP/GDP field () Excellent PC skills (SAP, Office and other user programs) () Good German skills
