Our client, an internationally renowned Pharmaceutical company is recruiting. On its behalf we are now looking for a Senior Buyer available immediately for Zug area, to join an international team for a period of 12 months.

Depending on the selected candidate\\\'s performance and motivation, the possibility of an extension or a permanent take over.

The Logistics Specialist oversees and manages daily Supply Chain activities for International markets, by carrying out the following task areas:

• Ensuring desired customer service levels are met and ensuring continuous
• Acting as liaison with internal and external customers and vendors
• Close collaboration with the Commercial & Planning teams to ensure on time in full supply
• Managing FG pickups for IPM, shipping deviations and sales & inventory reporting for international markets
• Working closely with key stakeholders (e.g., Finished Goods Planning, Quality, Commercial, Finance, S&OP)
• Identifying routinely and communicating any shipment risks to management and supporting recommendations and implementation of corrective actions to minimize supply risks
• Analysing cross functional and logistics processes and implementing solutions in order to improve the quality and efficiency of the supply chain

Description du profil :

In order to be considered for the role, you must have:

• Successfully completed bachelor\\\'s degree in supply chain / export or successfully completed apprenticeship as \"Logistikfacfmann / Exportfachmann\"
• Minimum 2-4 years\\\' working experience within supply chain / logistics
• Experience within the Biotech/Pharma environment would be beneficial
• Experienced user in supply chain and manufacturing planning tools
• Fluency in English, German would be a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Good listening skills, understanding requirements and a crisp understanding for urgency is important
• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks at one time and meet deadlines
