For our client, an internationally biotech company in the Zug area, we are looking for a Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) to join an international team for a period of 8 months.

Depending on the selected candidate\\\'s performance and motivation, the possibility of an extension or a permanent take over.

The Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) oversees and manages daily Supply Chain activities for international markets, by carrying out the following task areas:

• Ensuring desired customer service levels are met to ensure continuous product supply
• Acting as liaison with internal and external customers and vendors
• Close collaboration with the Commercial & Planning teams to ensure on time in full supply
• Managing FG pickups for IPM, shipping deviations and sales & inventory reporting for international markets
• Working closely with key stakeholders (e.g., Finished Goods Planning, Quality, Commercial, Finance, S&OP)
• Identifying routinely and communicating any shipment risks to management and supporting recommendations and implementation of corrective actions to minimize supply risks
• Analysing cross functional and logistics processes and implementing solutions in order to improve the quality and efficiency of the supply chain

Description du profil :

In order to be considered for the role, you must have:

• Successfully completed bachelor\\\'s degree in supply chain / export or successfully completed apprenticeship as \"Logistikfachmann / Exportfachmann\"
• Minimum 1-3 years\\\' working experience within supply chain / logistics
• Experience within the Biotech/Pharma/FMCG/MedTech environment would be beneficial
• Experienced user in supply chain and manufacturing planning tools
• Fluency in English, any further languages would be a plus
• Good listening skills, understanding requirements and a crisp understanding for urgency is important
• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks at one time and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Team player
