Role and Responsibilities
Your tasks, you...Transport management of LSPs for direct shipment transports, securing quality of service, plan, communicate and execute services according to customers' needs Escalation management in critical operational situations, i.e. month end Interface for any occurring questions related to customs, troubleshooting Planning and Warehousing, management of LSP for local warehouses. Securing quality of service, manage inventory, plan and communicate demand of services according to lifecycle and seasonality - main focus on return flow Cost awareness - contribute to overall profit by finding cost efficient operations interface between customers, local sales organization, European and global logistics organizations and suppliers


Your profile, you...Proven knowledge of logistical flows in an international environment Experience in customs processes Driving business via various hierarchy levels and cross departments Ms office especially Excel Advanced ERP system understanding Fluent in German and English embrace change, resilient and dynamic
