YOUR ROLE
In the role of Beauty Advisor you are representing Dufry in the area of perfume & cosmetics. You are service-orientated and friendly with a fresh and welcoming approach to assist our international customers during their shopping experience. Your strong communication skills allow you to engage in a confident, professional and competent manner. In addition to advising customers, you are also responsible for achieving sales targets and actively contributing to the store's commercial success.

Als Beauty Advisor vertrittst du Dufry in den Bereichen Parfum & Kosmetik. Deine ausgepragten Kommunikationsfahigkeiten ermoglichen Ihnen ein selbstbewusstes, professionelles und kompetentes Auftreten. Sie sind serviceorientiert und freundlich mit einem frischen und einladenden Ansatz, um unsere internationalen Kunden bei ihrem Einkaufserlebnis zu unterstutzen. Neben der Beratung bist du auch dafur verantwortlich, Verkaufsziele zu erreichen und aktiv zum kommerziellen Erfolg des Shops beizutragen. Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir nur Bewerber berucksichtigen konnen, die entweder in der Schweiz arbeitsfahig sind oder uber eine entsprechende Arbeitsbewilligung verfugen.
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES:

• Speak fluent English and German

• Have at least 2 year work experience perfume & cosmetics retail or have worked in cosmetic industry as beauty expert/ advisor before

• Ideally have a completed apprenticeship in the field of cosmetics and/or a completed apprenticeship in the cosmetics & perfume retail sector

• Have previous experience with cash registers

• Are open to flexible working hours (irregular between 5:00 - 23:00) including weekend and public holidays

• Are reliable, positive team players in a fast-paced and multi-national environment

• Always ensure a clean and well-maintained appearance

ERFOLGREICHE BEWERBER:

• Sprechen fliessend Englisch und Deutsch

• Haben mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Parfum- und Kosmetikeinzelhandel oder haben zuvor in der Kosmetikindustrie als Schonheitsexperte / -berater gearbeitet

• Haben idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Kosmetik und/oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Einzelhandelbereich Kosmetik & Parfum

• Haben zusatzliche Erfahrungen an der Kasse gesammelt

• Sind zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten einsetzbar (unregelmassig zwischen 5:00-23:00) auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen

• Sind zuverlassige und positive Teamkollegen in einem schnelllebigen und multikulturellen Umfeld

• Achten stets auf ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild als Gastgeber
