About the role
Located in the Four Seasons Regional Office in Geneva, the Manager, Architecture plays a vital role within the Design Services, Europe team. This position supports the successful delivery of new builds, conversions, and renovations by guiding projects through every stage of design and construction, ensuring alignment with Four Seasons' brand and operational standards.
What you will do

• Support the Vice President and Project Leads on architectural and design project coordination across Europe
• Facilitate project meetings, prepare presentation decks, and manage internal reporting
• Review development opportunities and assist in preparing project area programs
• Coordinate design reviews to ensure alignment with Four Seasons Design Standards from concept to construction
• Provide clear interpretations of brand standards and review key project documentation
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and owners to ensure consistency in brand execution
• Travel to project sites and complete detailed visit reports (approx. 20% travel required)
• Lead and support department-wide initiatives including standard updates and R&D projects
• Liaise with consultants, vendors, and various internal departments to support project execution
• Contribute to special projects and strategy initiatives alongside the Senior Director, Strategy + Integration

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Design, or a related field (Master's degree beneficial)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project experience, ideally with a background in hospitality design
• Strong working knowledge of design and construction principles, CAD or similar software, and Microsoft Office
• Licensed/Registered Architect or Engineer status beneficial; LEED accreditation preferred
• Fluent in English; additional European language skills (e.g., Italian, Greek) are advantageous

Schedule & Hours

• Full-time position, with standard office hours and occasional travel (up to 20%) based on project needs
