OVERVIEW:
RxSight is at the beginning of its global expansion. RxSight features the best-in-class cataract lens solution with the proven best outcomes. RxSight is established in the US but has yet to enter Europe & Asia. For Europe, RxSight is at the beginning of its rollout. This role will be a part of the EU leadership to establish RxSight into Europe & OUS and will help form the RxSight EU organization.
Manager, EU Corporate Accounts is responsible for EU/OUS Corporate Account strategy & Execution. They will also manage country level reimbursement categorization of LDD/LAL across Europe. Finally, they will support the RxSight clinical and sales expansion across Europe. They will design and execute strategic sales plans, identify key markets and opportunities.
Requirements:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Corporate Accounts
Develop and execute regional Corporate Account strategies and become the key point of contact for these principles.
Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty for RxSight products.
Actively recruit New Surgeons into the available Open Access centers and close monitoring of these surgeons to assess the opportunity for growth.
Develop and promote weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives
Work with customers to better understand their business needs and goals
Strategically monitor opportunities within Corporate Accounts
Evaluate global corporate accounts and support RxSight corporate accounts globally
Market Access
Lead market access for EU RxSight
Evaluate country level reimbursement and product categorization
Support phase 4 studies to establish LDD/LAL categorization
Support clinics to maximize profits
Support global reimbursement and caterogization leveraging EU and US learnings
Sales and Clinical Support
Become certified as an RxSight Clinical Support
Support EU clinical and sales expansion
Support EU strategy and expansion
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Excellent Sales management experience
Must have medical device background and strong negotiation skills
In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices
Strong prospecting skills and excellent closing skills
Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines
Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
Strong process orientation
Business Acumen
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position will not have immediate supervisory requirements
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and TRAINING:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a relevant field experience preferred
A minimum of 7 years' experience in sales management
10+ years' experience in director or outside sales
Training to be completed per the training plan for this position as maintained in the document control system
The training requirements on TRN-10007 Insider Trading Policy, TRN-10008 Global Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy and TRN-10009 Code of Business Conducts and Ethics must be diligently completed within 30 days from the hiring date and on an annual basis
