A Day in the Life

You will be a collaborative and globally minded professional able to manage our international distributor network, drive strategic partnerships, and enable market expansion for our growing product portfolio.

In this role, you will take ownership of distributor contracts -- from new development and renewals to updates supporting new product launches and market entries -- working closely with our Legal, Regulatory, Product, and Commercial Operations teams. You will also contribute to strategic partnership initiatives alongside our Business Development team.

You'll play a key role in defining market entry requirements, coordinating cross-functional input, and ensuring commercial readiness for new market launches. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape our international commercial strategy and deliver meaningful growth across priority markets.

Key Responsibilities

Distributor & Partner Management

Act as the primary commercial contact for international distributors and strategic partners. Manage the full contract lifecycle -- including negotiation, drafting, renewal, and amendments -- in collaboration with Legal and other internal teams. Monitor distributor performance and compliance, partnering with Quality and Compliance to address issues constructively. Build and strengthen relationships that promote mutual growth, trust, and alignment with company goals.

Contract & Commercial Governance

Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure distributor and partner agreements reflect evolving business models, regulations, and product portfolios. Maintain oversight of contract renewals, ensuring timely and transparent processes. Support the development of standardized templates, terms, and frameworks for new market entries or partnerships. Collaborate with Finance to maintain accurate documentation and reporting of contract terms, pricing, and performance milestones.

Market Expansion & Readiness

Lead planning and assessments for entry into new international markets, identifying regulatory, operational, and commercial requirements. Coordinate market readiness activities across Regulatory, Quality, Operations, and Marketing to ensure aligned launch timing and resourcing. Develop and present recommendations for market prioritization and distributor selection based on data and insights.

Cross-Functional & Strategic Collaboration

Serve as a bridge between Commercial, Legal, and cross-functional teams to ensure readiness for new product launches. Collaborate across Regulatory, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure consistent implementation of commercial terms globally. Contribute to market analyses and strategic recommendations informed by competitive, regulatory, and market dynamics.

You're Awesome At:

Strong background in business development, alliance management, or commercial operations. Skilled in negotiation, contract management, and strategic planning. Analytical thinker with experience in financial modeling (preferred). Exceptional communicator who builds trust and alignment across diverse teams and partners. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in complex, global environments. Ethical, inclusive, and professional in all interactions; able to handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficient in Microsoft Office and related business tools.

Extra Awesome:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field required. Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
