The Team




A&M's Switzerland Tax Team offers a holistic approach to the market, providing expertise across diverse services, including Indirect Tax, Global Transaction Tax, Private Equity Funds Tax Compliance, People Services, Corporate Tax, and Transfer Pricing. The Indirect Tax team specializes in navigating the complexities of VAT and indirect tax regulations, ensuring clients meet the highest standards while optimizing their tax processes.


This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and contribute to the growth of one of the fastest-expanding tax practices.

How you will contribute



Provide advanced analyses and strategic advice on complex indirect tax issues, translating them into actionable solutions. Take an active role in indirect tax audit preparations and appeals, working closely with clients and tax authorities. Engage in international indirect tax projects and initiatives. Work on projects aimed at improving indirect tax compliance and efficiency. Stay updated on regulatory changes and guide clients through evolving indirect tax requirements. Lead and mentor junior team members, delivering indirect tax training to clients. Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and develop growth opportunities for the indirect tax practice.

Qualifications



At least 4-5 years of relevant work experience in Indirect Tax/VAT, gained from a leading tax consultancy. Solid understanding of complex indirect tax concepts and their practical application. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills. Academic background in Economics, Finance, Law, or a comparable professional field. Entrepreneurial and client-focused mindset, supporting the growth of the tax practice. Strong communication skills in either German or French and English, with the ability to present complex matters clearly.
