About the Role
We are currently recruiting a Manager or Senior Manager to join the US Accounting & Reporting division of a leading global advisory firm in Zurich. This high-impact leadership role focuses on managing cross-border PCAOB audits and providing technical accounting and SOX advisory services to multinational clients.
You will lead integrated audits of Swiss-based global companies and U.S. subsidiaries, support transaction-driven projects (including spin-offs and business combinations), and act as a trusted technical expert for both internal teams and external clients.
This is a permanent role with excellent long-term development opportunities in a dynamic and international environment.
Responsibilities

• Lead and manage PCAOB integrated audits of multinational companies and SEC-reporting subsidiaries
• Guide teams through complex audits involving spin-offs, acquisitions, and other business combinations
• Deliver and oversee transaction-based services such as comfort letters, AUPs, and SEC filing reviews
• Lead SOX and accounting advisory projects for non-audit clients
• Act as a technical coach for Swiss-based audit teams on US GAAP, PCAOB, and SEC standards
• Develop and deliver internal and external training on US GAAS and auditing frameworks
• Contribute to quality improvement and service innovation within the audit and advisory practice

Your Profile

• 5-10 years of recent PCAOB/US GAAP or PCAOB/IFRS audit experience in a Big 4 or international audit firm
• U.S. CPA license (or equivalent qualification)
• Deep knowledge of US GAAS/PCAOB, SEC requirements, and ideally IFRS and ISA
• Proven track record in project management and leading audit teams
• Strong technical research skills and ability to resolve complex accounting/auditing issues
• Client-focused mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English (C1 or above); other languages are a plus
