Manager Tax Fund Investments
Aufgaben
Responsible for the professional tax support of the front teams for transactions in all asset classes of the fund business with regard to all legal, financial and commercial aspects / Responsible for the tax advisory for private equity, private credit, real estate, infrastructure funds / Support in the tax structuring of financial instruments and funds / Support in due diligence for investment projects / Responsible for the implementation of best practice in direct and fund of funds transactions / Spiritus rector for strategic tax initiatives / Collaboration with external tax advisors from Big Four or law firms and monitoring the quality of service / Creation of favourable tax value chains for private equity firms / Planning and executing tax training courses to promote tax awareness / The person to contact for institutional and private investors / Collaboration in the optimization of the department and work processes / Ad hoc projects.
Qualifikation
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Tax, Business Administration or Law / Certification as a Tax Expert / Professional experience in tax advisory at a Big Four or law firm, or as in-house tax counsel at an investment fund / Comprehensive knowledge of transaction taxes for funds in the markets that follow IFRS and US GAAP accounting standards / Strong understanding of the legal, financial and commercial aspects of tax work / Experience of tax matters relating to investment funds and their institutional or private investors with great attention to detail / Excellent analytical and communication skills are required / Ability to work efficiently and effectively as part of a great team and provide excellent client service / Skilled in MS Office. / Fluency in German and English.
