Are you passionate about orchestrating global supply chains and driving excellence in demand fulfillment? As Manger/Senior Manager End 2 End Global Supply Manager Special Accounts within the Vitamins Unit, you will lead the S&OP and supply planning processes for a portfolio of products under strategic commercial agreements between ANHNewCo and dsm-firmenich. This is a high-impact, global role where your leadership and analytical skills will directly influence operational performance and customer satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities

Lead and represent ANHNewCo in all supply and S&OP matters related to the commercial agreement with dsm-firmenich. Consolidate and challenge demand forecasts; provide and align supply plans for the products in scope. Drive strategic and tactical decision-making to balance demand and supply, including allocation strategy and risk mitigation. Provide KPI dashboards and steering mechanisms for executive decision-making. Actively contribute to capability building, process standardization, and continuous improvement in supply chain planning. Collaborate closely with global stakeholders across Europe, US, Brazil, and China, and across functions including Product Management, Sales, Operations, and Logistics.

You bring

Bachelor's degree required; Master of Science/Engineering or MBA preferred 7+ years of experience in planning, supply chain or S&OP roles within large, complex organizations APICS or similar supply chain certification is a plus Strong financial acumen and ability to manage large-scale supply chain metrics (e.g., >0.5B Euro sales scope) Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills A collaborative, inclusive leadership style with a drive for continuous improvement
