ABOUT THE JOB :
In this role, you will be responsible for supervising daily on-site manufacturing operations, interacting with production teams, resolving deviations, and troubleshooting operational issues in a fast-paced environment.

Manage and oversee daily manufacturing operations on-site while ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines.
Collaborate closely with the manufacturing team to optimize process efficiency and performance.
Identify, address, and manage daily deviations in production by diagnosing root causes and implementing corrective actions.
Supervise upstream manufacturing processes, including key steps such as cell culture, fermentation, or similar bio-production stages.
Proactively troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production cycles.
Implement procedures and tools that enhance operations and reduce disruptions.
Provide regular reports on USP system performance and suggest process improvements.
Maintain a culture of safety and regulatory compliance, adhering to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
ABOUT YOU:
Degree in Biotechnology Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related field.
Relevant experience in a manufacturing role within the biotech sector, specifically in Upstream Processes (USP).
Proven track record of managing deviations and solving problems in a bio-manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of cGMP regulations and quality standards in bio-manufacturing.
English fluent.
