Support us in the production and development of cutting-edge medical technology solutions that enable people around the world to self-manage diabetes and other chronic diseases.

Your main tasks

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to assess opportunities and validate initial value hypotheses Translate strategic opportunity briefs into clear product definitions; evaluate strategic fit and commercial potential Build robust business cases, including revenue forecasts, sensitivity analyses, and pricing frameworks Develop stage-gate, evidence-based viability packs to enable informed, data-driven decisions Represent the customer voice throughout early-stage innovation and concept development Collect and validate feedback, adoption drivers, and potential barriers to adoption Engage internal and external stakeholders to confirm product-market fit and long-term value Collaborate with marketing to define launch strategies and develop marketing and sales enablement materials

Your profile

Master's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (an MBA or other advanced degree is a plus) Minimum 3 years of experience in innovation, product development, or consulting; experience in pharma or medical devices strongly preferred Strategic mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans Strong analytical skills; experience with DCF and NPV financial modeling is a plus Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to influence senior stakeholders Resilient and effective in fast-paced environments managing multiple priorities Fluent in English, both written and spoken
