The Position
As part of our Marketing & Healthcare Transformation Cluster, you will support the Market & Customer Insights function to provide and communicate tangible insights and provide strategic recommendations for business decisions that serve patients and our customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build industry expertise. You'll work on projects that directly impact our strategy, making a difference in how we operate and serve the healthcare community.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about using advanced analytics to answer complex questions related to our customers and patients.
The Opportunity

• Data: You'll be responsible for gathering data from various sources (e.g., surveys, CRM systems, web analytics) and preparing it for analysis.
• Analytics: You'll use languages like Python or R to uncover trends and patterns, visualize data in Tableau or Excel to create meaningful Insights that are easy to understand.
• Insights: You'll support our market research and customer insights initiatives, transforming raw data into clear, actionable insights for our teams
• Storytelling: You'll communicate your findings to a variety of stakeholders, translating your Insights into a compelling narrative that informs decision-making.
• Purpose: Your contributions will help shape strategies that improve our customer and patients lives.
• Collaboration: We value cross-functional team work and foster a culture where everyone can thrive.
• Mentorship & Growth: You'll work closely with a cross-functional team and have a support network that help you to develop and grow.

? Who You are

• A strong analytical foundation: You have proven experience with data analysis and a deep understanding of statistical methods.
• Technical proficiency: You're skilled in programming languages such as Python or R and you are familiar with machine learning concepts and statistical modeling. You worked with different types of data (CRM, ERP, web) and know how to extract and transform them for your analysis. Knowledge of MLOps in a cloud environment is a plus.
• Data visualization expertise: You know how to use tools to create clear and engaging visualizations that bring data to life.
• A problem-solving mindset: You're curious and a creative thinker who can approach challenges from multiple angles, finding the right data and the right approach to solve them.
• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD program, or have completed your Bachelor's or Master's within the last 12 months (natural sciences or business administration).
• English and German fluency are a prerequisite, French is a plus
