Job Description

\\n In this role you will register respectively notify LPG products country-specific in a timely and accurate manner on several markets, you will keep La Prairie compliant and you will ensure proper change management for a product registration and notification.

How you will create a beautiful impact:

Refine and implement registrations and notifications, all guidelines, processes and samples

Ensure compliance of the products

Manage, assess, legalize, and compile product data and certificates

Communicate in a transparent, comprehensive, and quick manner about registration matters within the company

Establish synergies and maintain information exchange with third party registration consultants-, affiliates, and team members

Implement all major company decisions into the registration/notification processes

Decision taking for registration relevant issues and risk assessment with solution-oriented proposals and clear communication

Collaborate closely with the internal and external stakeholders

Updating of registration / notification dossiers according to latest regulatory requirements, establishment of internal registration database and archives.

(Pre-)check formula to ensure compatibility, check product compliance

Ensure proper change management for product registration and notifications

Contact directly health and regulatory authorities for difficult cases

What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent:

Technical education e.g. lab assistant in cosmetic, chemistry or food technology

Experience in product registration and notification ideally in cosmetic or pharma industry

Minimum two-year work experience

Personal attributes: Structured, organized, accurate and autonomous working style, pro-active, communicative

Skills: IT knowledge, fluent in English
